THE BOARD

The Policy and managing arm of Alabang Country Club is composed of 9 Board of Directors, each serving a fixed term of three years.this position undergoes a voting process during the Club's Annual Stockholder's Meeting.

Directors must, at the time of their election, own Proprietary Membership Shares in the Club. They must be active members in good standing.

The Directors choose a set of Club Officers consisting of the Board Chair; the President, who also serves as Chief Executive Officer; the Vice-President; and the Treasurer.

The Board shall also appoint the Corporate Secretary who need not be a Club Member; and a General Manager, who functions as the Chief Operating Officer and reports directly to the President and/or the Board.
